How to request the test

INFORMATION FOR THE PATIENT 

Upon the advice of your doctor, make an appointment for the specific test by contacting our Secretariat Service if you wish to have the sample taken at our laboratories. Otherwise, the request for the kit, the sample collection, and the shipment will be carried out by your referring Specialist.

INFORMATION FOR THE DOCTOR 

To schedule the sample pickup, please send an email to logistica@laboratoriogenoma.it or logisticamilano@laboratoriogenoma.it with the subject “KIT PICKUP,” specifying:

• Date and a continuous 3-hour time slot of availability for pickup (between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM).
• Address, indicating any additional specific details such as department, floor, contact person, etc.
• Number and type of kits to be shipped. Specify the number of packages if different from the number of kits.
• Other information (special requirements, notes for the courier).

If needed, call the switchboard at +39 06 164161500 and select the Logistics department.

The reports will be sent using the selected methods when filling out the acceptance form.

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

MILAN
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: CLOSED

Upon acceptance, a receipt for the examination pickup will be provided, which will include the Laboratory’s address, contact phone number, report pickup hours, patient’s name, surname, and registration number.

If the reports are not picked up in person, you may provide a delegation for a family member or trusted person to collect them.
