The secretarial service is available for information about how to access the structure, examinations we offer, total cost of examinations, pick-up hours, and the times and methods for receiving reports.
Please note it is not necessary to book for giving blood samples.
Clients will be accepted by the secretarial staff who will compile an ADMISSION FORM that has to include:
- name and surname
- address and phone number
- list of examinations requested
- identification for the patient by means of: date of birth and/or identity card, passport, health insurance number.
The ADMISSION FORM will follow the client’s “path” (clinical analysis, medical visits, etc) and come back in the end, together with the reports, to the secretarial service for CHECKING AND THE FINAL BILL.
Patients are able to ask for their examinations to be carried out under a false name or using their initials. In this case, the patient has to sign a request form that will remain in our archives for any future controls.

SERVICE OPENING TIMES
At the time of admission, clients will be given a receipt for collecting results on which will appear: the address of the laboratory, phone number, times for collecting results, name and surname of patient, registration number.
When the client is unable to pick up their results in person, they must sign for a proxy to do so.
COMPLAINTS RELATING TO SERVICES
Clients can let us know about problems or unsatisfactory treatment, as well as make suggestions to improve our service, by means of the quality control service (who will fill out a complaint/suggestion form) or the manager responsible for the relevant service, or by sending a complaint in writing to the management of GENOMA.
Complaints will be recorded and dealt with in line with European norm ISO9002
