How use On-line reporting

Apart from the traditional methods of delivering test results (fax, priority post, home delivery), the GENOMA Laboratory has set up a free service which allows laboratories, doctors and patients, on request, to track the progress of examinations carried out at the laboratory and to obtain results online via the centre’s internet site. username password

How to access the service

For patients:

1. In order to activate the free “Online Results” service, simply fill in the short form and sign the “Conditions of use” at reception. Staff there will provide clients with a secret code consisting of a username and password.
2. The report will be available in the “Online Results” section from the date indicated on the reception form. Simply insert your username and password.
3. Once in the consultation area, the results can be found easily by typing the patient name in the “sample name” box or clicking on “search”.

For laboratories or physicians:

1. Request the activation of the free “Online Results” service by contacting the centre’s Promotion and Development Office. Staff, once the “Conditions of use” have been signed by the person responsible from the requesting centre, will provide a secret code consisting of a username and password.
2. The report will be available in the “Online Results” section from the date for the delivery of results. Simply insert the username and password.
3. Once in the consultation area, the results can be found easily by typing the patient name in the “sample name” box or the ID code of the sample in the “Sample code” box, or in the case of multiple samples, by selecting the date the sample were sent. Then click on “Search”.

IMPORTANT!
Any attachments to the report will only be included with the original certificate that will, in any case, be sent at the end of analysis and which represents the only official certificate.
